The riad is located approximately 10 minutes' walking distance from the Famous Djemaa el Fna square, in a lively area with shops in the palaces quarter (El Badi Palace, Bahia Palace and Royal Palace). Marrakech-Menara Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 15 km. Built in 1900 and renovated in 2009, the establishment offers 6 rooms, a patio, a dining room and a TV lounge. It provides open terraces to fully enjoy quietness and sun in summer time and a cosy lounge with a fireplace in winter time. The decoration is simple, traditional and elegant. The property also features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a cloakroom, laundry service and car park. For additional fees guests may make use of the Internet access and room service. The three categories of rooms (Standard, Superior Double and Junior Suite) are decorated in a simple and traditional way. Located on the ground floor, on the first floor overlooking the patio and on the 2nd floor directly on the terrace, they are all equipped with a shower, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and an individual safety box. In addition, they have a hairdryer, double bed, Internet access and a balcony or terrace.
