The hotel is located in the main street of a luxury residential area close to Tofik Bakhramov Stadium and not far from the exhibition ground named after Heydar Aliyev. The centre of town is about 6 km from the hotel and the nearest train station is about 2 km away. The city hotel was renovated in 2009 and has 20 guest rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The hotel has lift access, laundry services, a safe, banquet hall, high-speed Internet and a café, restaurant and bar on offer. Furthermore, a currency exchange, free breakfast, medical aid and parking are available. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds and all rooms are equipped with a telephone, music, a safe and cable TV. Further amenities include Internet access and a kitchen with a mini fridge and a microwave. An ironing set, air conditioning and central heating are standard features in all accommodation.
