Republic Apartments is ideally located between Brisbane city centre (300mtrs) and Chinatown (200mtrs) in Fortitude Valley. The modern complex contains 22 levels of one and two bedroom apartments. All apartments offer large balconies and beautiful sweeping views of the city centre or Brisbane River. To the North and East, just a short 300mtr walk, are Story Bridge, Brisbane River and a multitude of restaurants in China Town, Fortitude Valley. To the South, a few minutes walk is Queen Street Mall, Central Rail Station and the City Centre. The area is idyllic and picturesque for walkers and joggers. The Story Bridge walk is a 2km round trip and Botanic Garden is 3kms. Republic Apartments is directly above Spring Hill Shopping Centre, which includes the local Woolworths, Priceline Chemist, Subway, Vintage Cellars, Cafe and even the Spring Hill Dentist, plus several other outlets.
