Location The hotel is located in the village of Plakias, in a narrow alley close to the small harbor. The waterfront with its tavernas is approximately 50 meters away. The long sandy beach is about 350 m away, while a small pebble beach about 100 m. Facilities the sofia hotel, which is family run, sustains an atmosphaire that swells with authentic cretan hospitality. the smalla one storey houses consisting of 2 floors is set around a small cozy terrace. the reception provides information safety deposit boxes(at a charge), wi-fi free of charge, a lounge with TV , internet corner, small library and a breakfast room with a bar. the swimming pool and a snack bar is located within the self catering complex just some meters away. Accommodation The rooms are very clean and simply furnished with shower / WC, telephone and balcony. The studios for 2-3 people are located in the outbuildings and are also the same as the rooms with an additional kitchenette. The apartments for 2-4 people are equipped as the studios but have an additional separate bedroom. Meals The hotel can be booked with breakfast or on a Half Board basis. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Half board guests can have dinner in the tavern belonging to the hotel at a small distance. Dinner is served a la carte. Payments The hotel accepts all major credit cards.
