This fantastic resort enjoys a privileged situation in the city of Krakow, in the heart of the Old Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz, which has become a very popular tourist destination due to its history and rich heritage. The ideal location offers guests the opportunity to visit the main sites of this city such as the Wawel Castle or the Main Market Square. The international airport is just a 30-minute drive away and travellers can find many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The apartments are located in a beautiful historical building, former home of Helena Rubinstein, and offer high-quality amenities to provide the maximum comfort. Some of the facilities include air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi access and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The friendly staff of the property is always happy to help guests by giving advice about city tours and local attractions. Breakfast is served in Rubinstein Restaurant, located next to Crystal Suites chez Helena. It consist of all inclusive buffet with various types of ham, cheese, fruits, oatmeal, vegetables, sausages and scrambled or fried eggs. Coffee, tea and cold beverages are provided. English speaking reception works from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. In case of late arrivals we always wait for our guests, but any information in advance is much appreciated. Please note that free cleaning of the apartment (including bed linen change) is provided for guest staying for 7 nights or more. Fresh set of towels will be provided for each guest every 3 days around noon. More frequent change of towels/bed linen or apartment cleaning is available at extra fee. If you are travelling by car, please note that apartment building is located in limited traffic zone. This means that you have to have special confirmation from your hotel if you wish to enter Szeroka street and park your car here.
