Entry to the property is via metal gates leading onto the private driveway with space for two vehicles. Entry from the porch leads into the hallway and onto the lounge which has UK satellite TV and large sliding doors leading out onto the pool terrace.
The lounge leads onto the dining area and kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The washing machine is housed outside in a separate small utility area.
The ground floor also has two bedrooms, one with twin singles with en-suite and doors out onto the pool terrace, a second bedroom with twin singles and a bathroom. Stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, again both with twin singles. There is also a third bathroom on this floor. Beds in all of the bedrooms can be pushed together if required and all of the bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
The gardens include a very large pool terrace offering a large shaded terrace area, perfect for outside dining. There is a built in brick barbecue and the pool is larger than average measuring 9m x 5m with roman steps at the shallow end. The terraces enjoy wonderful open views over the countryside towards the sea.
