Sol de Moraira is an impressive modern villa set in an excellent location on the outskirts of Moraira town and near the sandy beach. Extremely spacious and well appointed accommodation. A shaded car port offers parking for one car, and leads to main entrance via a hallway.
To the left is a bright a spacious lounge/dining room, offering a dining suite, sofa and two arm chairs, TV with uk channels, DVD player. An archway leads to a large modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen, off the kitchen is a bright breakfast room which leads to the outside covered terrace area, with doors either end, exiting to the pool area via steps.
To the right of the hallway is a family shower room, to the left is a large master bedroom with a double with en-suite bathroom with a bath, fitted wardrobes and door leading to balconied walkway with steps to the pool area and a further metal stairway up to a small roof terrace.
Two further fair sized twin bedrooms offering fitted wardrobes. (there are no internal stairs) From the car port, steps lead down to the lower level accommodation, this is very similar in layout to the upper level. With one twin room exchanged for a further larger spacious Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite wet room shower, the bedroom has a separate door which leads to an enclosed secret garden area.
Double doors lead off the lounge to a covered terrace area with views over the pool area. A few steps down from the lower level terrace takes you to a spacious paved pool terrace, 8m x 5m kidney shaped pool.
Pool side shower and a large purpose built barbecue area. Sun loungers and outside dining furniture. Very spacious and flexible villa ideally suited to two families on holiday together whilst retaining a degree of independence and privacy. 20 minute walk into Moraira and the beach and less than 12 minute walk to supermarket and local cafe. All the bedrooms and living area's are fitted with air conditioning. Near Tennis and mixed amenities including mini golf.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
