Entry to the villa is through a gated shared drive where there is parking for two cars. From here two steps take you up to the path in front of the villa where the private pool (measuring approximately 8m x 4m pool is situated). There terraces offer plenty of space sunbathing on the provided sun beds (parasols also provided). From this area you can looks out onto 180 degree panoramic views country views across to the Montgo.
A flight of steps from street level lead up to the villa entrance, on this level there are further patios with tables /seating and a barbecue area, to the side and back of the villa. The side seating area benefits from an electric awning, much needed shade for al-fresco dining in the heat of the summer.
There is an outside laundry room which houses the washing machine and a second fridge.
Entrance into the villa leads into the modern kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and integral fridge. This leads into the lounge/ dining area with two brown leather sofas and dining table with seating for six. The lounge benefits from LCD TV with UK Freesat channels and DVD player.
Doors lead on to a glazed terrace with floor to ceiling windows allowing you to enjoy the spectacular views which include the opportunity to see the sun sets over the mountains. There is further comfortable seating here together with another second indoor dining area. At the far end of the lounge is a doorway leading into the main bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobes with en-suite bathroom comprising of bath/shower, toilet and hand basin.
Two more bedrooms each with twin single beds and built in wardrobes. There is a further bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. All bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated. Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age. When you make your booking, if you need the extra bed(s), please choose it from the list of extras available in the booking process.
