Accessed from the road is via electric remote controlled gates or a pedestrian gate leading onto a golden pattern-imprinted concrete driveway for up to 6 cars. Pathway leads onto the front door leading straight into a large open plan lounge/ dining room with kitchen overlooking the pool terraces with modern sectional sofa and chic hardwood furniture. A facade of glass and patio doors give this stunning living space an Ibizan style Mediterranean edge.
The fully equipped integrated kitchen boasts all modern appliances including integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and AEG combination oven. The ceiling mounted extractor fan is remote operated and adds to the simple clean lines and elegance of the design. 
There is a small utility room tucked away behind the lounge wall where you can find the washing machine, boiler and other utilities. 
From the front door access to the ground floor bedroom is on the left hand side, the doorway leads into the large double bedroom with fitted double wardrobes and chic en-suite with walk in shower, vanity unit and low flush WC. The super king size bed benefits from multi aspect patio doors onto the surrounding terraces with views of the pool and landscaped gardens. 
Access to the guest wash room is on the right hand side of the front door and offers modern WC and hand basin. 
From the lounge a grand marble open plan stair case leads to a open landing with access to two further en-suite bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The bedroom to the right of the upper floor again features a super king size bed, en-suite bathroom and Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and also has a large 6m x 3m private sun terrace. The bedroom to the left again boasts an en-suite bathroom and two large sun terraces, one facing true south the other south west - maximum sunbathing opportunity all year round.
The modern 9.5m x 4.4m pool situated directly in front of the villa flanked with luxury landscaped gardens really gives this villa a contemporary flair. The terrace tiles compliment the styling. 
The gardens also boast a summer kitchen with a barbecue area which features a built in gas barbecue, sink and drinks fridge. The owners have spared no expense on the imported furniture. 
There are 5 air conditioning units throughout the property meaning that every inch can be maintained to your chosen temperature and underfloor heating throughout for the winter months. Due to the very high quality of the furnishings this villa may not be suitable for families with very young children. Very highly recommended.
