La Sabatera

This impressive large villa has an excellent location on the outskirts of Moraira town offering superb sea views. From the front of the property a gate leads to the driveway with parking for three cars. 
Entrance to the lower (pool level) apartment is via a hallway leading to the spacious open plan lounge/dining room and modern kitchen, the kitchen is fitted with a full range of fitted units and appliances, the lounge diner  offers a dining suite, two sofas, TV with DVD player and air conditioning. 
Doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace with dining set and down some steps lead to the pool. 
There are three bedrooms on the lower level one  twins, one triple and one king-size which has air conditioning. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, W.C. The second bathroom has a corner shower unit, W.C. And wash hand basin. 
An external staircase (there are no internal stairs connecting the two living areas) leads to the large upper covered terrace with dining set and beautiful views across the valley to the sea. This terrace is child friendly as it is gated. 
Double doors lead into the very spacious living area with a lounge with two sofas, TV with DVD player and UK free sat channels, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a feature marble fireplace. 
An archway leads to the dual aspect dining room with an elegant wooden dining set, attractive chandeliers and wooden/rattan arm chairs. The independent kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a storage larder. 
On this level there are three bedrooms, two king-size, and one with a twin beds . One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning. The large family bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in shower, W.C. And wash hand basin. There is also a guest toilet with W.C. And wash hand basin. 
French doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace with dining furniture and views of the swimming pool and the sea in the distance. 
Outside are very large terraces surrounding the pool with Roman steps, pool side shower and a large purpose built barbecue area. There are ample sun loungers and outside dining furniture. 
A very spacious and flexible villa ideally suited to two families on holiday together whilst retaining a degree of independence and privacy. 
Driving into Moraira or to the beach takes less than 5 minutes and within walking distance to the villa is the Tabaira commercial area which includes a supermarket, newsagent and a few bars and restaurants.
