Built in the Spanish finca (farmhouse) style, the accommodation at Casa Los Laderas is mostly on one level. The very large private gardens (approx. 2500m.sq. meters) includes parking for 4 cars with gardens running along both the front and rear of the villa, with exotic palm and cactus trees, and an orchard of orange and lemon trees leads to a tennis court.
The private pool (8m x 4m) has spacious surrounding terraces plus a well appointed spacious BBQ area with it’s own large terraced seating area and table tennis table.
A spacious ‘Naya’ runs along the South-facing front of the villa and has traditional ‘Tosca’ arches; this is where you will find a welcoming cool evening breeze. An entrance from the Naya leads to an L shaped lounge/dining room with an open fire for winter months.
At the right end of the lounge area is the master en-suite bedroom; to the left of dining area is a modern, well equipped fitted kitchen and a further 5 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include air conditioning.
Las Laderas offers ideal accommodation for large family groups, relaxed, peaceful and yet close to everything Javea has to offer.
