Villa Maria Angeles is an impressive & modern villa set within a gated complex of five villas, all accessed via an electronic gated entrance with video entry system. It is situated within five minutes driving distance of Moraira Town and beaches and less than 15 minutes walk from the Tabaira commercial centre, with its bars, shops, supermarket & restaurants. A driveway with space for two vehicles leads the front entrance and separate side access to the rear pool area.
The open plan lounge / diner has double doors leading to the covered dining area and the pool and terraces. The lounge/dining room also has a flat screen TV with some UK satellite channels, DVD player and WiFi internet. The furnishings include comfortable sofas and a good quality dining table to seat six guests.
A hallway gives access to two twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and one with air conditioning and a Master double with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bathe with shower over, W.C. and wash basin. There is a second shower room with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash basin. All rooms have shutters, nets and double glazing.
The rear garden is centred around an attractive pool, with ample garden furniture, grassed areas, palm trees and perimeter walls. The pool measures 8m x 4m and benefits from Roman steps in the shallow end and a pool-side shower.
