Villa Maria Carmen is situated on a private complex of five detached villas close to the Tabaira centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. Entry through electric gates (with video entry system operated from inside the villa) into the development with beautiful communal gardens leading onto a private driveway for two or three vehicles The property is modern and built to a high specification and well furnished and equipped. All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and outer shutters.
The accommodation is presented on two floors. The ground floor has a main entrance is into the spacious hall & staircase. The large lounge/dining room has French doors leading to a covered terrace with dining facilities and the pool and terraces. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV which features a limited selection of U.K. satellite channels, DVD player and WiFi internet.
The separate kitchen features a range of built-in units, granite worktops, electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine.
There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and an adjacent shower room and one with a King size bed with en-suite shower room and double doors to the terrace and pool area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which is made up of a large master suite with King Size bed, an en-suite shower and doors to a private terrace with views to the sea in the distance.
The rear garden is centred around the attractive pool, with ample garden furniture, grassed areas, palm trees, an attractive water feature, brick built BBQ and perimeter walls.
