Maria Teresa is situated on a private complex of five detached villas close to the Tabaira centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. Entry through electric gates (with video entry system operated from inside the villa) into the development with beautiful communal gardens leading onto private driveway for two or three vehicles.
This modern villa is built to a high specification and furnished and equipped in a modern and comfortable style. All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and pull down shutters. The accommodation is laid out on two floors. The main ground floor entrance leads to a large hall & staircase with double doors leading to the spacious living/dining room equipped with air conditioning, comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV which features a limited selection of U.K. satellite channels, DVD player and WiFi internet.
French doors lead form the lounge to the covered terrace with dining facilities and onto the private pool and gardens. The separate kitchen features a full range of built-in units, granite worktops, electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and a guest W.C.
This floor has two bedrooms, one with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and one with a double bed, air conditioning and built in wardrobes. The ground floor also provides two full bathrooms, one with bath (with shower over) the other with walk-in shower. The Internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which is made up of a lovely master suite with King Size bed, air conditioning and a large en-suite bathroom with corner bath, double sink unit, bidet and W.C. This bedroom also has a dressing area and double doors onto a large balcony with open views to the sea in the distance.
Adjacent to the master suite is the fourth bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, built in wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and double doors onto the large balcony. This balcony has very high walls making it child friendly.
The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m with roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces and lawned garden with mature shrubs and palm trees. Ample garden furniture is provided including high quality sun beds and an outdoor dining table & chairs as well as a built in BBQ area.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
