Entry via large, lockable gates is onto a two car shaded driveway. At driveway level is the swimming pool and ground floor with bedrooms which can be accessed directly at driveway level via a front door. The main front entrance is upstairs, accessible by a short flight of external stairs.
Entry though the main front entrance leads into a hallway and on to a large open plan lounge / diner with dining table, sofas and coffee tables, flat screen TV, a good selection of English satellite TV channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system. Also in the lounge and dining area are remote controlled ceiling fans and air conditioning. French windows lead out onto a large covered patio overlooking the pool area below, with outdoor dining table and chairs and steps leading down to the pool area.
The upper floor also offers a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer and dishwasher as well as a spacious WC / utility room with work top, sink and washing machine. From most of the upstairs rooms, there are wonderful valley views.
Internal stairs from the hallway of the upper floor lead down to the bedrooms. A hallway provides access to all four bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, as well as patio doors out onto the pool. Bedroom two is also a double bedroom with bedside tables and a wardrobe and patio doors out onto the pool. Bedroom 3 has twin single bedswith a wardrobe. Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom, which has a very large and stylish en-suite, patio doors onto the pool area, a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and wardrobe space as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is large and has space for a cot or folding bed. Air conditioning is provided in all four bedrooms. Also on this level is a large family bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower cubicle.
The swimming pool is larger than average, measuring 11m x 5m and has Roman steps at the shallow end. The pool is surrounded by spacious terraces, with eight sun loungers, beautiful valley views and non-slip stone tiles. There is a built in barbecue area with a pretty seating nook, and the garden is landscaped throughout and includes an area with artificial lawn to play badminton below the pool terrace.
This property has gas central heating for winter lets and comes highly recommended. The villa is located less than 2km from Moraira town centre and beach. The walk into town takes 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the speed you walk, but initially is quite steep downhill, making the walk home quite harder work. There is a small commercial area with a choice of restaurants, bars and a supermarket within just 150 metres.
