Villa Buena

With an enviable location on the prestigious Costeres residential development in Calpe, Villa Buena is an easy twenty minute stroll from the blue flag sandy beaches and bustling resort centre of Calpe. A handful of local amenities, including a supermarket and a few restaurants are even closer to the villa, so renting a car is not necessary unless of course you wish to explore more of this fantastic part of Spain during your holiday. A scenic drive along the coastal road with the sea by your side will take you to the beaches, harbour and busy town centre of Moraira, and a ten minute car ride inland will lead you to the beautiful sprawling vineyards of the Jalon Valley, both well worth a visit. The interior of Villa Buena is spacious, comfortable and welcoming, with air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.  Outside, a generous sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool, and a barbecue is tucked to the side, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining with a view over Calpe and its infamous Penon de Ifach rock.
