Villa Buenavista

Situated on a large corner plot within the up-market Costeres residential development, Villa Buenavista is conveniently close to Calpe’s gently shelving sandy beaches, as well as its shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In fact, a handful of local restaurants that are less than five minutes’ walk from the villa, and the centre of Calpe with its extensive shopping streets and colourful Marina are a twenty minute stroll away or less than five minutes’ if you choose to drive. The villa itself is very impressive, boasting ten air conditioned bedrooms and a choice of spacious living spaces on both the ground floor and lower ground floor. From the ground floor lounge, patio doors lead out to a covered terrace and down to the larger-than-average freeform swimming pool surrounded by a sun-soaked terrace and pretty gardens. A barbecue and dining facilities are tucked to one side of the villa, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining at your villa. For those who wish to explore further afield, the pretty coastal town of Moraira can be reached via a scenic drive with the sea by your side, Jalon Valley’s sprawling vineyards are just ten minutes inland by car, and the bright lights of Benidorm are just half an hour away.

Mobility information: The lower ground floor is a self-contained apartment which offers easy access for wheelchairs from the road and a ramp up to the pool and sun terrace area. There is one step from the road to the garden gate.
