Villa Ciclamen

Entrance to Villa Ciclamen is via electronic gates on to a large driveway with parking for several cars. You enter the villa through a Toscan stone arched covered 'Naya' (summer porch) with dining facilities for that 'Al Fresco' dining experience and overlooking the garden and 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool. From here you enter into the open plan lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, feature fire place with a log burner, Satellite T.V. with limited U.K channels, a combined DVD and VCR player and air conditioning. Wi-fi broadband internet is also available throughout the property. There is an ornate dining table and chairs via a Toscan stone archway.
A doorway from here leads into a modern independent fully fitted kitchen with ample eye and base level units, with a gas hob including an electric griddle, electric oven, microwave, double sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and integrated dishwasher all topped with granite work surfaces. A door leads into a conservatory with rattan lounge furniture with patio doors leading to a rear terrace with a gas BBQ and on to the garden.
From the dining area in the villa there is an archway into a small hallway which leads to two of the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the second is a twin bedroom also with fitted wardrobes. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, a wash hand basin and W.C.
A staircase leads to the first floor with the master double en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area with countryside and distant mountain views. The en-suite has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C.
Outside the manicured gardens are mainly laid to lawn which wraparound the villa with an abundance of Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool has ladder steps for exiting the pool and there is also a poolside shower.
