Entry is via wrought iron gates to parking for two cars. The villa is accessed via steps from the driveway and through double doors into the lounge/dining room. The African themed attractive lounge has two elegant sofas, a feature fireplace, air conditioning, dining set and large flat screen TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player.
An archway leads to the American style kitchen with fitted units, fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas, hob, electric oven and a door to the rear terrace and gardens. An inner hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one twin and one double. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and double doors leading to the pool and terrace. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C. bidet and wash hand basin set in a vanity unit.
Outside is an 8m x 4m kidney shaped private pool with Roman steps and pool-side shower. There is a brick built coal BBQ, a pergola with a dining set and sun loungers. There is also a pool-side W.C. with wash hand basin. The surrounding gardens are well kept and stocked with Mediterranean plants.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
