The villa has a sliding gate for car entrance and a pedestrian gate. These lead onto a large driveway for four or five vehicles. The front leads into the hallway and on to the spacious open plan lounge / dining area with large LCD TV and a DVD player. There are comfortable leather sofas, an attractive dining set and high quality furnishings.
Leading from the lounge is the modern fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob. A door from the kitchen leads to the terrace. There is one double bedroom on this level and a family bathroom.
Double patio doors from the lounge lead out to a wonderful shaded terrace with seating and dining area. The large lawned gardens surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman style steps. There are fruit trees, palm trees and an array of mature shrubs. The property also benefits from an attractive gazebo and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and barbecue and further dining set.
Internal stairs lead up to the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, has an en-suite bathroom and access to a large terrace with sea views. There are two further double bedrooms, one with a balcony and sea views and a separate family bathroom.
The gardens and terraces offer wonderful open views of hills and a valley with grapevines. Although this property is only a short distance from El Portet beach there is a definite sense of being in a tranquil countryside location. Highly recommended.
